Romeo and Juliet differences

-In the book there are swords but in the film there are guns.
-In the book  Marcutio is not gay but in the film Mercutio is gay.
-The book is in mediaval time but in the film is in present.
-In the book Romeo kills Paris but in the film Paris doesn't die.
-In the book Juliet stabbed herself but in the film Juliet shot herself.
-In the book Mantua is a city but in the film is a desert.
-In the end of book the two familys shake hands but in the film don't.
-In the film  Mercutio and Romeo get high but in the book don't.
-In the book Tybalt kill Mercutio with a scratch of sword but in the film died with a scratch of glass.
-In the book Lady Montague died but in the film don't.
